Salary: National circa 92000 / London circa 120000
Are you someone who thrives on shaping strategic change and influencing senior stakeholders Do you enjoy simplifying complex challenges and leading architectural thinking across a business domain If so this could be the perfect next step in your career.
A bit about the job:
As an Enterprise Architect youll work closely with business leaders to understand customer needs and shape the change portfolio over a 1218 months horizon. Youll guide a team of Solution Designers ensuring their work aligns with our architectural principles standards and roadmaps. Your role will be pivotal in governing IT solutions and running Technical Design Authorities (TDAs). Youll also build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders who will look to you for thought leadership and strategic direction.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Proven experience delivering change portfolios that meet business goals and align with technology roadmaps
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly at all levels
- Strong leadership experience in architecture with a track record of delivering complex programmes
- Skilled in influencing storytelling and navigating ambiguity within agile environments

- National salary circa 92000 London salary circa 120000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
