Job Description

The opportunity

The Senior People & Performance Advisor is responsible for providing advice and support to Managers on various employee matters. You will work across the business to implement human resources policies and frameworks that support performance and engagement. This includes performance management industrial relations payroll reporting and analysis.

Some of the accountabilities include:

  • Provide advice to managers on employee relations issues including performance management grievances development and engagement.
  • Coordinate key People & Performance activities including bi-annual performance conversations probation review periods employee engagement surveys.
  • Ensure all People & Performance policies are effectively communicated across the business; contribute to policy development and implementation as required.
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc People & Performance reports including analysis of HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve overall employee engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Officer to ensure compliance with relevant Enterprise Agreements Awards and Employment Agreements.
  • Participate in and lead People & Performance projects as required.
