Job Description
Timberline Drilling is a core-drilling contractor headquartered in Hayden Idaho. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team with a primary focus on Accounts Payable. This is a rare opportunity to work for a company that has an excellent company culture family-friendly feel and prides itself on taking care of its employees.
As the Accounting Assistant your primary duties will include providing administrative and clerical support across all departments of a busy multi-state organization. While experience is preferred we are willing to train the right person for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams
- Provide administrative and reception support
- Order and manage office supplies
Qualifications:
- 13 years AP/admin experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail organizational and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
