You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing implementing and managing the organizations internal employee compensation program to ensure alignment with Team Select Home Cares strategic goals. This role is essential in supporting the attraction and retention of top talent while ensuring compliance with internal equity standards and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In this role youll report to the Director of Human Resources.
No Supervisory Responsibilities
Conduct role evaluations and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures
Own and maintain job descriptions ensuring accuracy consistency and alignment with organization structure FLSA classification and compensation guidelines
Design implement and manage compensation strategies and programs including base pay incentive plans and recognition programs
Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure compensation decisions align with internal equity and market data
Provide compensation analysis and modeling to support strategic business initiatives
Collaborate with Learning & Development and business leaders to develop career pathing strategies in support of the organizations Promote from Within philosophy
Develop and deliver compensation reports dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
Support special projects such as pay equity audits incentive plan re-design and M&A due diligence
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
High attention to detail and data integrity; adept at managing sensitive and confidential information
Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
3-5 years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
In-depth knowledge of compensation strategies role evaluation methodologies and market analysis
Strong analytical and qualitative skills with proficiency in HRIS tools like Workday (preferred)
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification (preferred)
