Internship Opportunity Minor Hotels App Team

About the Role
Join our Global App team and play a key role in shaping the digital guest experience for Minor Hotels. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the operations testing and performance of our unified guest app used across 560 properties worldwide. Youll work closely with teams across Product QA and Hotel Operations to help onboard new properties ensure content accuracy and drive adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- App QA Testing: Assist with version testing bug logging and regression testing during release cycles.
- Content Review: Audit property content (e.g. images menus descriptions) in the app and coordinate with hotels for updates.
- Property Onboarding: Support checklists documentation and coordination for new hotel onboarding to the Minor Hotels App.
- Performance Tracking: Help monitor metrics such as app pairings in-stay feature usage and guest feedback per property.
- Support Materials: Assist in preparing onboarding packs and internal documentation for hotel teams.
Qualifications :
- University student or recent graduate in Hospitality Business Digital Media or IT.
- Organized detail-oriented and a fast learner.
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Google Sheets Notion testing tools).
- Interest in app technology hospitality tech or digital operations.
