The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries and play a key role in keeping the survey operation organized and running smoothly. This individual will be responsible for answering phones recording client information managing schedules assisting with proposal follow-ups and supporting general office operations. This position requires strong people skills attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
This is a fully on-site temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established land surveying firm.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable answering phones managing calendars and following up with clients
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word required; Excel preferred)
Professional and personable demeanor; able to interact with walk-in clients
No surveying background required general office experience is sufficient
Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds (e.g. recent grads career transitioners retirees)
