Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for an Office Administrative Assistant - Bilingualin our Administrative Services Department. The Office Administrative Assistant - Bilingual willserve as a receptionist and will provide administrative support to departments as directed. The Office Administrative Assistant - Bilingual will assist managers with organizing and carrying out projects and departmental requests. They will provide support with written translation of internal documents for use by stakeholders as appropriate andassist with more complex tasks as needed.
This role offers a 4-day 40-hour workweek Tuesday-Friday and includes the flexibility to work remotely as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora CO and/or at off-site locations.

Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook SharePoint etc.) as well as other systems such as Stampli Certify Zoom Zendesk Adobe Pro Canva and be able to use these and other (badging and surveillance video system etc.) required programs at a beginner level
Able to speak write and interpret fluently in English and another language based on the business needs
Ability to complete all typical case management responsibilities in fluent language/s
Support with written translation of internal documents for use by stakeholders as appropriate

Additional Responsibilities
Responsible for scanning indexing file organization and maintenance of electronic records
Responsible for the processing of mail for daily pick up signs for deliveries distribute agency mail and forward faxes and voicemails to the appropriate employee(s)
Provideadministrative assistance to other departments as directed. These tasks may be more complex in nature
Receive and direct incoming calls using a database and multi-line telephone console
Greet visitors notify staff of appointment arrivals and coordinate with families for pick up/drop off of paperwork
Provide reception coverage and administrative office support as needed
Re-stocking of break rooms copy rooms and mailrooms with standard supplies
Assist managers with organizing and carrying out projects and departmental requests
Assist with print media as assigned
Facilitate and tracks the sign-out and return of visitor access badges
Provide support to events including board meetings such as signing in guests food delivery set up and breakdown etc.
Assist with print media as assigned & coordination of workplace space needs
Plan and/or assist with departmental meetings and events; take minutes as requested.
Assist with maintaining and updating policies and procedures
Assist with the implementation of document imaging and maintenance of legal files contracts and organizational document
Monitor expenditures and budget
Actively involved with community partnerships as appropriate
