Major Account Executive Test Hub
Were looking for a Major Account Executiveto acquire and grow new enterprise customers for the TestHub business. This high-impact role focuses on introducing SmartBears UI Testing platformincluding Reflect TestComplete and moreto large QA and IT organizations. Youll lead the charge in helping prospects modernize their testing strategy consolidate tools and scale efficiently across web and mobile environments.
With an expanding portfolio of industry-leading UI testing solutions this is a unique opportunity to make your mark as a top performer in a high-growth space selling to some of the worlds most recognizable brands.
Youll be responsible for:
- Enterprise Acquisition:
Breaking into large organizations identifying key testing stakeholders and creating demand for SmartBears UI testing solutions across QA engineering and IT groups. - Driving New Business:
Owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing net-new logos focusing on organizations modernizing their UI testing practices or consolidating tools in the cloud. - Understanding the Testing Landscape:
Becoming a trusted advisor to QA Directors VPs of Engineering and Heads of Software Quality by helping them evolve from manual testing or legacy tools to scalable automated cloud-based testing platforms. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partnering closely with Sales Engineering Marketing Product and Customer Success to deliver tailored demos align on value and ensure long-term success post-sale. - Solution Positioning:
Educating prospects on SmartBears unique value and differentiation against legacy UI testing tools and competitors in the low-code/no-code test automation space.
Were Looking for Someone Who Has:
- 57 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years closing large complex deals at the enterprise levelideally in SaaS DevOps QA tools or test automation.
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close new business within Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to connect with QA engineering and IT leaders.
- Experience with testing automation or cloud migration initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A self-starter mindsetdriven disciplined and hungry to break into large untapped accounts.
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
