We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our team of 6 highly skilled IAM Engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in our IAM infrastructure and processes.
Key job responsibilities 1- Team Leadership and Development: -Manage mentor and develop a team of 6 IAM Engineers with diverse skillsets - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback - Identify skill gaps within the team and implement training or hiring strategies to address them
2- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement long-term IAM strategies aligned with organizational goals - Collaborate with senior leadership customers and partner teams to define IAM roadmaps - Oversee the design implementation and support of identity solutions for complex business problems - Drive architectural improvements to enhance system resiliency and security
3 - Project Management:
- Prioritize and manage multiple IAM projects simultaneously - Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope - Coordinate cross-functional efforts with other departments and external partners
4- Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical guidance and review for complex IAM solutions - Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and industry best practices - Ensure the teams adherence to security standards and compliance requirements
5 - Process Improvement and Automation:
- Identify and implement operational process improvements to enhance team efficiency - Drive automation initiatives using AWS tools PowerShell scripting and other relevant technologies - Establish and maintain continuous monitoring and alerting systems for critical processes
6 - Risk Management:
- Oversee risk and vulnerability assessments for IAM infrastructure - Collaborate with security teams to improve identification remediation and reporting of vulnerabilities - Ensure the teams readiness for on-call support and incident response
