The Program:
The Application Portfolio Modernization (APM) works to maintain the Regions portfolio of software applications to the desired condition level. This involves assessing on a regular basis the condition level of software applications (the technical and functional state of good repair) and taking upgrade remediation replacement or retirement actions to ensure that all applications stay above the desired condition level.
The role:
Working in partnership with the APM Program Manager IT Project Managers Business Partners clients and others the Senior Business Analyst will apply their deep understanding of business analysis to help stakeholders close the gap between complex long-term business outcomes and their translation into the detailed functions and features that project solutions need to satisfy.
In this role you will act as an integrator facilitator and technical specialist providing analytical capabilities to IT projects and initiatives of all sizes. You will support both IT project and Application portfolio modernization work.

In this role youll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
