About the role
Join Us as a People & Talent Partner
Were seeking a proactive and versatile People and Talent Partner to become a key member of our team based in Victoria. Reporting directly to the General Manager People & Culture this role plays a critical part in enabling our business growth through strategic people initiatives and effective talent acquisition.
Youll lead and support a variety of HR projects ensure compliance and champion employee engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate and guide leaders on performance management employee relations talent development inclusive culture and reward strategies.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle including contract preparation HR documentation and participating in HRIS implementation.
Design and execute recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality talent with focus on apprenticeships and talent pipeline.
Deliver training programs that support compliance and skills development.
Contribute to remuneration and benefits projects including reviewing and maintaining up-to-date salary benchmarks.
Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Review and update policies in alignment with evolving business needs.
Lead engagement initiatives talent reviews and other key HR programs.
Support organisational change business acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.
About You
To thrive in this role youll bring:
4 years of experience in an HR Advisor Generalist or Business Partner position
Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
A strong understanding of Australian employment legislation
Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
Proven experience in talent sourcing through job boards and social media platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
