Right now were seeking a Sales Engineer Manager- Poultry to deliver innovative solutions and support our clients in achieving their goals by leading a team of Sales Engineers for our poultry division.
Among other tasks heres what youll be doing as a Sales Engineer Manager - Poultry:
- Develops and manages the infrastructure required within the region to ensure an efficient sales process.
- Collaborates with Regional Sales Directors to foster the sales pipeline and contributes to the front office to identify new sales opportunities
- Responsible for the sales operations activities in the region in such a way that the sales work will be done in the most efficient and effective way aligned with global processes
- Responsible for a good cooperation and timely escalation to the industries on level 2-3 projects
- Aligns the operational work and activities with the industry sales operations including the skills matrixes capability matrixes training and mentoring programs review processes etc.
- Executes and monitors the operational plan (collaborating between the region and industries)
- Carries out human resources activities within the own area of responsibility including selection of employees performance interviews managing coaching and developing employees
- Maintains and enhances the level of knowledge of the employees to keep up with the technical and technological developments
- Fosters a good working relationship within the team of subject-matter experts
- Gives input into the industry pre-sales and post-transaction calculations
- Responsible for the execution of level 1 installations including budget and margin
- Implements global processes standards policies KPIs and tools
- Provides feedback to the organization about potential improvements regarding the sales process linking processes between regional and global efforts
