Job Description
Knowledge of database management systems in particular MS SQL Server and Pure;
Basic knowledge of user authentication protocols (including Microsoft services);
Understanding of bibliometric tools such as SciVal Scopus and Web of Science;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience in preparing user manuals and system requirements documentation (e.g. use cases user stories design specifications);
Advanced data analysis skills.
Qualifications :
Required work experience is defined in accordance with standard qualifications for administrative positions at the Private Institution Nazarbayev University Research Administration.
At least three years of experience in data analytics information management system administration or technical support.
Additional Information :
Critical and analytical thinking communication skills ability to work in teams user service orientation responsibility ability to independently identify and solve problems through reasonable judgment and decision-making.
