Senior consulting profile with extensive banking experience

Deloitte Denmark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Professional with a strong background in banking and consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of banking operations regulatory implementations and technology transformation projects. This role requires a leader who can effectively bridge technology and business drive large-scale projects and manage stakeholder expectations.

You would be part of the Operations Industry & Domain Solutions (OIDS) Team where we work with some of the biggest business operations transformations core system transformations and technology implementations in the Nordics. You will become part of a skilled fun and diverse team. Our backgrounds range from IT Law Psychology and Engineering to Business and Economics. We enjoy complex challenges and solving these cooperatively with both our local capabilities and global network.

We are a small team within a large organisation which gives you the best of both worlds: being part of a tight community within a large organisation. This will give you the opportunity to work on major projects while maintaining close collaboration with leading subject matter experts.

In OIDS we work on projects ranging from optimising business operations process excellence IT transformations and technology implementations. Our main industry focus is within Financial Services Consumer Products and Energy & Industrials.

The job content includes:

• Lead and manage teams of 4-10 people including mixed teams/multi-contractor/client teams.
• Manage large-scale transformation projects within the banking sector.
• Contribute to or manage large regulatory or technology programs within the banking sector.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across domains and levels.
• Contribute and develop our commercial footprint within our services towards the banking sector.

From day one you will be exposed to the various business challenges faced by our clients as we believe this is the best way for you to develop. Additionally we provide relevant training for you to develop both personally and professionally.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this Senior role should have a broad knowledge of banking operations a focus on non-financial risk projects and experience in consulting with a strong commercial perspective. They should be capable of managing large-scale projects understanding regulatory and legislative requirements and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The ability to bridge technology and business is crucial along with a background in technology transformation and operational excellence and you identify yourself with the following:

• You have strong leadership project management stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You have a professional network in the financial sector and the commercial capabilities to identify and drive opportunity driven market development.
• You have a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and driving operational excellence.
• You have comprehensive understanding of banking operating models and regulatory implementations and have familiarity with regulatory areas relevant to financial institutions.
• You have had exposure to technology transformation projects aimed at future-proofing banking operations.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English and preferably also speak a Nordic language.
