As Leader of Learning & Wellbeing (Leadership Level 1) you will collaborate with a team of specialists including teachers teachers aides school therapists coordinators administrators and other Aspect staff to deliver our evidence-informed student focused autism-specific approach - the Aspect Approach. Use a person-centred and family-focused approach to ensure the delivery of quality educational standards. As a core member of the schools Learning Support Team (LST) you will lead and supervise the teaching team and partner parents carers and other members of the school community. You may be required to undertake on-class teaching responsibilities.

About the School:
Aspect Western Sydney School provides placement for approximately 140 students on the autism spectrum from Kindergarten to year 12. Our main site is located at Wetherill Park with 14 satellite classes within the Catholic and Department of Education schools across the Western and South Western regions of Sydney.

This position is covered by the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
