POSITION: IT Support Specialist
Reports to: Deputy Director and Sr. VP of Strategic Initiatives
Team: IT
Status: Exempt/Full-Time
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours Monday Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Potential for a Four-Day Work Week 4DWW) including occasional nights/weekends.
Compensation: $36500 - $45000 annually commensurate with experience education and certifications.

The Taft Museum of Art located in downtown Cincinnati is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist reporting to the Deputy Director and Sr. VP of Strategic Initiatives. This position requires a positive highly organized team player who communicates proactively is attentive to detail manages multiple priorities and has excellent communication and collaborative skills. POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Deputy Director and Sr. VP of Strategic Initiatives the IT Support Specialist is the on-site IT support point for TMA team members. This role manages business critical platforms and services. The role will also work closely with the Museums third-party IT management vendor for IT escalation needs as well as infrastructure strategy and execution.
