Job Description
RedPeg Marketing is looking for experienced Brand Ambassadors in the South NJ Shore area to help execute an exciting program! Please read ALL of the job description details before applying.
Program Outline:
The program involves two portions guerrilla marketing Wed through Fri and part two is weekend activation at a local event. There will be two teams activating at all times
Tentative Schedule:
- 5/25-8/10
- Belmar Point Pleasant Wildwood Sea Isle City Atlantic City
- *Paid drive time may be considered
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Arrive on time
- Retain brand knowledge and communicate message points intelligently to consumers
- Attract interact and encourage consumers to enter gas card giveaway
- Direct consumers to the various stations
- Assist with the traffic flow of consumers throughout the event footprint
- Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of product
- Collect information from every target consumer
- Keep track of information collected
- Assist with set up maintenance and breakdown of the event space
- Maintain the cleanliness of the event area
- Communication with Field Manager (check-in and check-out)
- Must be comfortable wearing the costume for at least one hour of the event
Required Experience/Skills:
- Outgoing professional reliable and motivated
- Must be comfortable talking to consumers speaking in front of crowds and interacting with clients
- Promotional and/ or tradeshow experience
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to the event
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Must be able to endure extreme outdoor temperatures
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Pay Scale:
$18-20/hr Incentive Wage: This incentive is structured for those candidates who execute their duties to the fullest! The incentives are fairly standard duties. Those who execute great events and perform all of their duties (particularly the items in bold above) will surely make $20/hr for their shifts! More details will be given during a brief phone screening.
