Were looking for a highly qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our incredible team of directors in sourcing and retaining high-caliber staff for our existing schools and opening new centers with top-tier educators!

The How Much Will I Make & How Many Hours Will I Work Part (aka the First Thing You Are Probably Reading Part)
We are looking to hire a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist (Monday-Friday 8 hours/day) for a salaried position making $65000-$75000 per year plus extensive benefits. This position is a hybrid role requiring time spent operating out of each of our schools (Denver Englewood Littleton and Golden along with future centers as they open) in addition to remote work when necessary.

The Responsibilities Part
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thrive you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting high-quality staff to join our team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment with a particular focus on sourcing and screening. You will work closely with each of the schools directors and management to understand their staffing needs and develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to each of their individual educational settings.
