Job Description

To: All Teaching and Administrative Personnel Brockton Public Schools From: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources Re: COMMUNITY SCHOOLS - DRIVER EDUCATION INSTRUCTORS 2025-2026Contingent upon funding and sufficient student enrollment the above captioned position is being brought to the attention of all teaching and administrative personnel. QUALIFICATIONS: by the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) as a qualified Classroom organizational skills oral and written communication skills of Community Schools Driver Education Program of Driver Education Curriculum Parent Curriculum and Driver Practicum Curriculum preferred by the Registry of Motor Vehicle (RMV) as a Driving Instructor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: the Driver Education Supervisor in scheduling planning and implementing the Driver Education Program students in behind the wheel driving instruction student for driving observation hours all required RMV records be available Monday-Friday Saturdays and school and summer vacation as needed COMPENSATION: According to contractFUNDING: 20E Community SchoolsDriver Education certification must be included with a letter of application. A copy of a valid Massachusetts drivers license must be submitted upon hiring.
