Job Description
Department Overview
The Department of Pediatrics is recruiting for a student worker. Must be bilingual Vietnamese.
Function/Duties of Position
Primary duties:
- Translation of study materials into Vietnamese.
- Study material testing with Vietnamese subjects/families.
- Enrollment and consent of Vietnamese families into study.
- Communicating with study subjects and answering questions in Vietnamese.
- Assistance with literature review study data entry and preparation of research products such as posters presentations abstracts and manuscripts.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in: Undergraduate Program.
- Experience with Early Intervention data analysis.
- Speaking reading and writing fluency in Vietnamese (native speaker is preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with special health needs.
- Basic skills of quantitative and qualitative data entry and analysis.
