Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out production inspection packaging and machine operation duties
Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
Effectively monitor production equipment and maintain a clean work environment
Resolve operational issues and communicate them as necessary to Operator
Operate forklifts to move pull load and unload materials
Always represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Follow established safety rules and regulations; maintain 5S Principles
Utilize computer-based programs
Flexibility to work night weekend and holiday shifts; 24/7 operation
Physical requirements
Ability to walk stand squat and climb throughout an 8- and 12-hour shift
Ability to push pull and lift/reach over head
Ability to work in high heat conditions
Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
COMPENSATION
Starting at $19.50/hour
