The Sales Performance Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the sales function by providing data-driven insights performance tracking and operational support.

This role ensures that the sales team has the tools systems access and intelligence required to meet commercial goals. The analyst is responsible for CRM and pricing tool support training onboarding performance reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Your Mission at Elis

Sales Performance & Data Insights

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics (KPIs).
  • Present actionable insights to sales leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Support sales forecasting target setting and incentive modelling.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

System & Tool Management

  • Oversee CRM usage data integrity user access and territory management.
  • Manage licensing and access for core platforms including CRM Pricing Tool and DocuSign.
  • Ensure product and pricing data is accurate and aligned with commercial policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to address system issues and enhancements.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions for sales tools and processes.
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales consultants on system use and data queries.
  • Maintain core sales infrastructure such as postcode lists and performance data tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the go-to contact for Commercial Finance Marketing Product Management and Supply Chain on product and pricing queries.
  • Audit and align digital catalogues and tools for consistency and accuracy.
  • Support marketing campaigns and sales communications as needed.

What will make you stand out

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools Advanced Power BI is essential
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
