Job Description
Join Our Restaurant Team at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bridgwater
We are looking for enthusiastic friendly and service-focused Bar & Restaurant Servers to join our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse team located within the Mercure Bridgwater Hotel. As part of a high-profile branded restaurant youll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm and professional service to all guests ensuring they enjoy a high standard of hospitality
Take orders efficiently and accurately offering menu advice and upselling where appropriate
Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards
Prepare and serve drinks from the bar maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Work closely with the kitchen bar and management team to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean tidy and well-presented restaurant and bar environment
Deal with any guest queries or concerns professionally and promptly
About You:
Previous experience in a restaurant bar or hospitality environment is desirable but full training will be provided
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Well-presented polite and confident in dealing with guests
Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm under pressure
Flexible to work evenings weekends and public holidays as required
A passion for food drink and delivering great guest experiences
