Whats the role
As the Senior Manager Service Provider Governance youll play a pivotal role in supporting Westpacs operational resilience by leading governance and risk management activities across our service provider network. This full-time position is based in Sydney and sits within the Office of the Chief Resilience Officera dynamic team driving strategic and operational excellence across our Australian and global operations.
Youll be the central point of contact for our most critical service providers ensuring compliance transparency and continuous improvement in governance practices.
What do I need
- Strong proficiency and proven experience in service provider governance and risk management
- Experience with COUPA Risk Assessment tools or performance of service provider risk due diligence in the finance sector (desirable)Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach mentor and guide others
