As our Business Development Manager in NSW youll be the driving force behind our First Party Home Lending introducersturning conversations into opportunities and opportunities into lasting partnerships. Working flexibly youll spend time meeting referral partners supporting Home Finance Managers and networking like a pro. Whether its accountants real estate agents or legal experts youll be the person they trust for smarter lending solutions.
What do I need
- A sharp knack for networkingyou thrive in conversation and build trust effortlessly.
- A natural ability to influence and coach others to deliver results.
- Experience managing B2B partnerships and spotting new growth opportunities.
- A strong understanding of home lending or the drive to quickly master it.
- A current drivers licenceyoull be out and about making connections.
