Job Description
Contract Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development and management as well as experience with SQL programming. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining our companys databases and ensuring their reliability security and performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain databases for our companys various systems and applications
- Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation for all databases
- Implement and maintain data security protocols and procedures
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Familiarity with database security protocols and procedures
- Proficient in data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
