Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage permit applications for cutting-edge battery installation projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
• Track permit status and ensure timely submission of all required documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering construction and project management
• Interpret local building codes zoning regulations and environmental requirements
• Prepare comprehensive permit applications and supporting documentation
• Proactively identify permitting challenges and develop effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records and communicate timelines to project teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of corporate experience preferably in permitting or regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of building codes and permitting processes
• Experience with energy infrastructure projects (battery projects preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven team collaboration abilities
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation capabilities
• Problem-solving mindset for navigating complex regulatory requirements
