CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
FT - Juneau or Anchorage
Salary: $20.65 - $29.43 / Hr DOE and Location
True North Federal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic personality to assist members and potential members with their requests received via phone email or secure messaging. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills be able to stay calm in a busy environment and work well on a team.

- Assists members and potential members with their requests and answers questions about products and services and resolves problems.
- Work together with other departments and acts as the liaison between members and the branches and back office departments.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
- Maintains member account information on computer system.
What youll need:
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- High school education or GED
- A positive attitude and a smile that can be heard on the phone
- Excellent communication skills
