About the Role

In this role you will be working alongside members of the North Coast region Customer Service Team providing quality customer focused services to a diverse customer base on matters within the responsibility of Local Land Services and a range of business support services that enable our organisation and its staff to effectively function.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and consistent high-quality front-line customer service including initial advice information guidance escalating and redirecting issues as required.
  • Managing customer information to ensure confidentiality accuracy and integrity.
  • Providing high quality administrative support services including routine correspondence landholder data management capturing and maintaining records and assisting with local office facilities equipment fleet and stores.
  • Accounts receivable and payable services including taking payments cash receipting raising invoices banking and purchase card payments in accordance with agency standards and procedures.
