TO: ALL EXTENDED DAY SUPERVISORS BROCKTON PUBLIC SCHOOLSFROM: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: LEAD SITE SUPERVISORS FOR THE SMART START EXTENDED DAY Contingent upon funding the Smart Start Extended Day Program is seeking LEAD SITE SUPERVISORS for the 2025-2026 school year for elementary schools. This is a twelve-month program that may require working on holidays as well as during school and summer vacations. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree required; Masters Degree least five years of successful classroom experience written and oral communication skills and strong organizational computer Aid Certification required Care Training working as Site Supervisor in the Smart Start Extended Day Program requiredDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: the entire program at the assigned communication with the staff site supervisors and the Community Schools for scheduling and oversight of staff including the implementation of quality for verifying staff payroll using Somroli records and payments with EZ Child Track Management supplies and materials for site to and implement required EEC regulations for funded programs including completion of a required Background Record Check every three years annual completion of EEC Essentials Training Modules and submission of requested staff records to a confidential file in Human duties as assigned by the Director of Community Schools and the Coordinator of Extended Day ProgramsCOMPENSATION: Administrative Hourly Rate of Pay FUNDING SOURCE: Community Schools
