Job Title:Principal FLSA Status:Exempt 217 daysReports To:Executive Director Campus Leadership Pay Grade:AD-6Department:Campus Administration Date Revised:12/4/2024Primary Purpose: Provide instructional leadership in order to ensure students learn the essential academic knowledge and skills and grow in the Leadership Definition and Journey of a Graduate competencies. Responsible for establishing and implementing a shared vision and culture of high expectations for students and staff. Identify focus for campus improvement inspire/lead change effectively and create a purposeful community engaged in actions toward the achievement of the District vision. Provide leadership for effective and efficient operational processes and systems aligned with District values and beliefs. Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders in support of exceptional learning experiences for each and every student.
