Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Controls Service Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and service of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve system faults in a timely and effective manner
- Support clients on system usage optimization and provide improvement recommendations
- Analyze system data to assess operational performance and status
- Respond promptly to urgent client requests and attend site issues on short notice
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely and according to guidelines
- Assist and mentor colleagues to foster knowledge-sharing and team development
- Ensure all tasks comply with established quality safety and environmental standards (EHS)
- Prepare and submit detailed quotations including labor materials and scope of work
- Conduct system repair fit-out and addition & alteration (A&A) works on existing BMS installations
- Participate in a rotational standby schedule to provide weekly support coverage
- Perform annual calibration and verification of BMS sensors
- Conduct site surveys and support sales activities related to BMS services
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized technical institute in Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience with BMS control systems and related programming logic
- Solid understanding of logic gates digital fundamentals and networking basics
- Experience with ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and customer management skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive team-oriented and able to work independently when required
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4500 VB (2.5 Months)
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
