Personal Tax Manager
depending on experience
Full-time Permanent Office based with some flexibility
Were working with a leading accountancy firm to find a Personal Tax Manager for their Newark office.
This is a client-facing people-focused role ideal for someone confident managing a tax portfolio while developing junior staff.
What youll be doing:
Manage a diverse personal tax portfolio
Provide expert advice on inheritance tax capital gains trusts and income tax
Work closely with clients and identify solutions to complex issues
Collaborate with other managers and directors across client projects
Support and develop team members through regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
Identify opportunities to cross-sell wider services
What were looking for:
ACA ACCA CTA or ATT qualified
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
Strong technical knowledge in personal tax
Experience managing team members
Highly organised with strong client-facing communication skills
