Location: Tress Lounge Head Office 8501 Mississauga Road Brampton ON
Job Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor (In-Person)
Compensation: Competitive monthly retainer Performance Bonuses

Tress Lounge Canada is a premier destination for luxury beauty and salon services with a growing network of locations and a powerful brand identity. We are seeking a creative driven and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Content Associate to join our in-house marketing and branding team.
Role Overview
As a Social Media & Digital Content Associate you will be responsible for planning creating and executing digital content strategies that enhance our online presence and support business growth across multiple salon locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook YouTube) with daily content planning and execution
- Develop short-form video content (e.g. Reels Stories Ads) using tools like CapCut or Canva
- Write engaging captions promotional messaging and campaign content aligned with brand tone
- Coordinate social media calendars and publishing schedules across platforms
- Track content performance engagement metrics and ad campaign results; generate monthly reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for photoshoots promotions and brand events
- Respond to direct messages comments and coordinate influencer or client collaborations
- Stay current with beauty industry trends and digital content best practices
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in social media management content creation or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram TikTok Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
- Video editing proficiency (e.g. CapCut Canva InShot)
- Creative eye for visuals brand tone and marketing strategy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting fast-paced deadlines
- Experience in the beauty fashion or hospitality sector is an asset
Additional Details
- This is an on-site role at our Brampton head office
- Must bring personal equipment (smartphone laptop); tools like CapCut are contractors responsibility
- Start date (as early as June 16 2025)
