Job Description
- Sell daily admissions processing season passes and all other products
- Check all bags that enter the park and enforce all policies
- Receive payment by cash credit cards vouchers or automatic debits
- Upsell additional products
- Be knowledgeable of all current promotional offers
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain the highest level of customer service standards
- Obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a computer and electronic devices
- Basic math skills for balancing cash register
- Approachable outgoing and excited about upselling
- Be aware attentive work well with others and accept guidance and supervision
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs
- Be efficient friendly engaging energetic enthusiastic and fun
- Must be able to lift carry move and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated eating properly and using sunscreen
