Main responsibilities

  • Maintenance of promotional plan inputs and adjustments and spend provisions.
  • Validation and processing of customer deductions.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to measure success and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Collecting organizing and analyzing sales data to identify trends strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in building forecasts to improve short- and long-term sales performance.
  • Preparing detailed dashboards visual presentations and reports for different internal stakeholders
  • Sharing insights and actionable recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Partnering with the Key Account Managers and operations teams to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Monitoring customer behavior and product retention opportunities in line with our sales strategies & objectives
  • Supporting training and enablement efforts for sales teams by presenting data insights contributing to upskilling efforts.
  • Pulling reports from customer portal(s) and internal systems to build reports/analysis
  • Proactively identify underperforming areas requiring re-evaluation and attention.
  • Identify sales trends strengths and gaps providing actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to craft recommendations for sales strategies pricing adjustments product launches and more.
  • Contribute to market research efforts to understand competitor positioning pricing structures and customer preferences.

Skills & qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Data Analytics or in a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with tools such as SAP Xtel Salesforce Power BI CRX and Nielsen is an asset
  • Proficient in using digital tools software AI tools and technology to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Attention to detail problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to communicate in French is an asset
