Job Description
We are seeking a seasonedSenior Digital Project Manager with 5 years of experience successfully managing a wide range of digital initiativesincluding website builds e-commerce solutions marketing campaigns microsites and ongoing maintenance programs. This role will support a major automotive client focusing on site maintenance enhancements and technical delivery in collaboration with Front-End and Back-End Component Management (CM) developers QA content authors designers copywriters and MKS teams.
You will
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex large-scale digital projects ensuring alignment with client goals timelines and budgets.
- Manage project financials including forecasting resourcing pipeline planning and budget tracking.
- Actively lead resource management across disciplinesbalancing priorities timelines and team casting.
- Serve as a client-facing lead when needed working alongside account support while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
- Utilize a deep understanding of PMI process groups Agile development and risk management to manage workflows and mitigate delivery challenges.
- Support and enhance internal project processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including senior-level clients and internal team members.
- Provide leadership on the MINI workstream where technical project experience using Jira Confluence and MKS is critical.
You have
- 5 years of digital project management experience.
- Proven track record managing large programs and cross-functional teams.
- Mastery of project management tools and methodologies (PMI Agile Scrum Risk Management).
- Strong experience with project financials team resourcing and road mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving technical teams and CMS platforms.
- Experience with collaboration and tracking tools: Jira Confluence Box.
- Expertise in office productivity tools: Excel Word PowerPoint MS Project Visio.
- PMP Scrum Master or Six Sigma certification highly desired.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with MKS and automotive digital ecosystems is a strong plus.
