Matrise ou doctorat en travail social ou dans une discipline connexe ou diplme universitaire en travail social ou dans une discipline connexe combin avec les expriences et connaissances pertinentes au cours. Exprience denseignement ou de formation un atout. Connaissance des processus dintervention auprs des communauts autochtones. Excellente connaissance des ralits des milieux autochtones ainsi que des politiques et programmes qui leur sont destins. Capacit mettre en uvre une pdagogie axe sur lapprentissage exprientiel.
