Job Description

Human Resources Generalist (Associate or Experienced)

Boeings Defense Space and Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) team has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Human Resources Generalist (Associate or Experienced) to join our Space Intelligence and Weapons Systems (SI&WS) organization in Saint Charles Missouri supporting our Operations and Quality organization. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies programs and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives and support our talented workforce.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Saint Charles MO operations and quality employees providing guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR policies procedures and programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR strategies that drive employee engagement talent development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Use business knowledge to make recommendations and proposals on key functional strategies develop long and short-term strategies involving policies (e.g. Diversity Employee Engagement and Functional Excellence) and embed people plans in the operating rhythm of the organization
  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding performance management employee relations and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Labor Relations organizations to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives such as talent acquisition compensation and benefits learning and development and employee engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee engagement and performance matters ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Partner with site leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs including talent acquisition succession planning and workforce development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs policies practices and processes
  • 1 years of experience communicating and building relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across functions and/or programs
  • Experience with manufacturing and/or union workforce

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Human Resources certification
  • 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs policies practices and processes

Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $65450 - $88550

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $81600 - $110400

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
