Launch Entertainment Park Shift Supervisor
Launch Entertainment Park is hiring a dedicated and energetic Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently safe clean and memorable guest experience. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
At Launch success is measured in Smile Watt Hoursour unique way of tracking the happiness energy and satisfaction we bring to every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members in creating an engaging guest-focused environment
- Oversee daily operations ensuring adherence to all safety and cleanliness protocols
- Coach train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work culture
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor park activity and make real-time decisions to maintain smooth and safe operations
- Support cash handling membership promotions and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume guest-facing environment
- Strong communication decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask stay organized and perform well under pressure
- Team-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
