Pay Rate/Range: $27-30/hr
Description: Were looking for a Production Supervisor for a local aerospace manufacturing company. In this role youll lead daily production operations supervise machine operators and ensure products are completed on time within budget and to high quality standards. Youll manage schedules support inventory accuracy resolve production issues and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required. Knowledge of CNC machine operation is strongly preferred and a background in aerospace is a plus. Were looking for someone with strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills who can thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Job Type:Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: 1st 2nd and 3rd shift available
