Were seeking a driven results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join a national Sustainable Infrastructure and Energy Solutions provider. This is a high-impact strategic sales role focused on performance contracting helping commercial and institutional customers reduce energy costs and meet sustainability goals through guaranteed savings solutions.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who understands how to build trust with C-suite stakeholders and drive long-term consultative partnerships. If youve sold large energy efficiency projects renewable service agreements or complex facilities solutions this is your next big win.
Lead the full-cycle sales process for bundled energy solutions with guaranteed savings.
Sell into key vertical markets targeting decision-makers and building long-term client relationships.
Consult with clients to understand operational environmental and financial prioritiesthen propose tailored energy-saving solutions.
Collaborate with engineers finance teams legal and project managers to craft winning proposals and contracts.
Utilize sales tools (Salesforce TAS Account Planning) to manage pipeline and close complex deals.
Mentor junior sellers and contribute to go-to-market strategy and territory planning.
Act as the customer advocate from pitch to post-implementation.
Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field (MBA a plus).
57 years of B2B sales experience ideally in energy performance contracting energy efficiency or sustainability consulting.
Proven success selling large multi-year deals at the C-suite level.
Ability to develop consultative relationships and close deals that align with client priorities.
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to translate technical solutions into ROI-driven proposals.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Base salary: $91400 $141800 (based on experience)
Commission Plan: Lucrative uncapped structure with bonuses based on project and margin performance
