The Account Executive will play a vital role in onboarding new vendors ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform and providing ongoing support to partners as they grow their sales. This is a growth-focused role that combines account management sales and customer success.
Responsibilities Include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
Guide new vendors through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless setup
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor support and questions
Monitor partner performance and provide solutions to help increase sales
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline partner experience
Identify growth opportunities and propose strategic initiatives to drive success
Ideal Qualifications:
13 years of experience in sales account management or customer success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Proactive and results-driven with a focus on building long-term partnerships

Salary: $60k - $100k/Year
