A Day in the Life
As an intern you will support governance and engagement initiatives that enhance how we deliver services to patients while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and digital transformation.
Internship details
Start date: July/August
Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend
Working time: 30 - 40 h/week with flexibility
Work model: hybrid
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Assist in the development and implementation of governance activities such as coordination of meetings deck collection access management and document management
Facilitate internal communication through newsletters updates and posts across the Remote Sales and Digitalization teams
Coordinate and manage special projects ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment
Support the team in preparing materials and tracking progress across initiatives
Help maintain structured documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
Required knowledge:
Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Business Management Communication Digital Transformation or a similar field (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
An excellent command of Polish language both spoken and written
Fluent English
Proactive and ready to learn quickly
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Good presentation and communication abilities
Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 tools
Would be a plus:
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Previous internship or volunteer experience in a corporate or digital environment
Interest in digitalization and virtual engagement
