Automated Logic part of Carrier Building Technologies designs manufactures installs and services hardware and software for Building Automation Systems (BAS). Our BAS called WebCTRL i-Vu & OEM control provides web-based control and energy management capability for owners and operators of commercial building HVAC and lighting systems. Automated Logic systems are used in commercial office buildings health care institutions educational facilities critical mission facilities government buildings retail facilities hospitality and entertainment facilities and industrial plants in essence many types of non-residential buildings in the U.S. and international markets. With over 150 authorized ALC branches and dealers ALC enjoys a growing market share worldwide. Description:

The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for leading the growth of the three channels in Germany focusing on Data Centre and partner development.

Channels:

- WEBCRLT for independent dealers (VAR)

- i-Vu Carrier Controls exclusively for the Carrier HVAC Branches

- OEM controls for third party manufacturers

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the regional account managers and/or technical consultant and will be supported by the Technical and training leader in Europe.

This regional sales lead is responsible for developing datacenters and partners in Germany across his region and maximizing the revenue through the three channels.

Expanding the dealer network to ensure high performing network of partner within the region that demonstrate a strong preference for WEBCTRL.

The primary objective of the position is to develop and grow the companys product sales throughout in the region. This position may reside in any major metropolis in the identified in Germany as this position requires frequent travel across the region a homebased office is preferable but can be located in one of the Carrier offices. As part of the larger Carrier organization we have the possibility to use local facilities as well.

The position reports to the Regional Sales Director for the region.

Job Responsibilities:

You will demonstrate excellent sales presentation skills as well as a thorough technical understanding of HVAC and building automation systems and controls contracting. This self-starter will work effectively with a wide range of administrative sales and account management responsibilities. You should have work history that demonstrates excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving aptitude. Extraordinary interpersonal skills and a high degree of personal integrity are ideal.
