What You Will Do:
- Manage master data including creation updates and deletions across systems.
- Administer user access and roles within the data reporting environment.
- Ensure quality assurance of imported data; work with QA analysts when needed.
- Commission and decommission data sets as required for business projects.
- Process and safeguard confidential data in accordance with internal policies.
- Design build and maintain reports dashboards and data visualizations.
- Manage the reporting environment including data sources security settings and metadata structures.
- Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and support data warehouse enhancements.
- Support initiatives to improve data integrity normalization and standardization.
- Assess and implement new or upgraded reporting tools and data systems.
- Generate reports from single or multiple systems to meet various business needs.
- Troubleshoot reporting systems and resolve data issues impacting reporting.
- Evaluate updates and changes to source systems and ensure downstream alignment.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on how to access and interpret data dashboards and tools.
- Provide technical expertise in database structures data mining and cleansing processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This may require some travel to other Full Swing locations.
Do You Have:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Data Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in purchasing supply chain or warehouse management
- Experience working as a data analyst or in a related analytical or technical role.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel).
- High-level experience in methodologies and best practices for managing and analyzing large data sets.
- Ability to assess and mitigate data risks and support decision-making with meaningful insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into accessible information for non-technical audiences.

- Experience with Salesforce NetSuite & PowerBI
