Job Description

Beekeeper is searching for a Product Operations Manager who can fuse process improvements with delivery momentum. In this role youll align product engineering and go-to-market teams around clear rituals and data-driven priorities; shepherd complex multi-squad initiatives from scope to launch; and embed a continuous-improvement mindset that lifts velocity and customer impact with every release. Your Responsibilities

Run the product operating system

  • Design and facilitate shared rituals templates and cadences that let PMs focus on product-building not process-building.
  • Govern roadmaps keep them current consistent and visible and run roadmap-enablement with Sales Customer Success and Marketing.
  • Define trusted metrics clean up tooling noise and turn data into prioritisation conversations.
  • Administer the product-tool stack and reporting own data hygiene track signals like NPS and feature adoption and publish clear health dashboards.

Orchestrate strategic cross-functional product projects

  • Own end-to-end project management for strategic product initiatives: scope schedule dependencies and risk mitigation.
  • Align with other Ops functions (e.g. RevOps EngOps) to make sure programmes slot cleanly into wider company rhythms.

Champion a customer-feedback flywheel

  • Streamline collection triage and routing of user feedback so no signal is lost between Support CS and Product.
  • Feed insights back into planning closing the loop with customer-facing teams.

Drive continuous improvement

  • Facilitate retrospectives measure ROI of process changes and iterate on the Product Ops maturity model as the company scales.
  • Proactively surface data-backed recommendations that raise the Product teams velocity quality or predictability.

What we are looking for

Relevant expertise

  • 3 years in Product Ops for B2B SaaS owning cadences across 5 squads.
  • Proven record of shipping complex multi-team initiatives on time and to scope.

Delivery & process mastery

  • Turns product data into clear priorities and pragmatic decisions.
  • Skilled at configuring and administering the product-tool stack squeaky-clean.
  • Builds playbooks drives cross-functional adoption and maintains crisp documentation.
  • Introduces just-enough processadds structure without slowing teams down.

Communication & mindset

  • Excellent written / spoken English; translates tech detail into business impact.
  • Self-directed structured and adaptablethrives in fast-moving ambiguous settings.

Bonus Points

  • Scaled Product Ops from shadow to strategic. Youve built the function not just joined one.
  • Hands-on automation chops. You spin up dashboards (SQL/BI) or low-/no-code workflows to remove busy-work fast.
  • German proficiency. B2-level or higher is helpful for many of our customers.
  • A bachelors or masters in Business Engineering Computer Science or Information Systems can be a plusbut real-world product-ops wins matter far more to us so we keep this optional.
