About the position

goFLUENT is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing efforts in Japan.

What youll do
Collaborate with local Sales and global marketing team to drive new business opportunities
Educate the Japan market about our solutions and contribute to company growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing partners such as SAP Workday and media partners
Coordinate diverse marketing projects including events webinars email campaigns content creation website updates and localization
Monitor evaluate and optimize marketing initiatives to improve performance
Qualify and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities
What Were Looking For
At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience in a results-driven environment
Business-oriented
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset with an understanding of data and KPIs
Proactive flexible and eager to learn and grow
Experience in HR L&D e-learning or SaaS industries is a strong plus
Intermediate English speaking (CEFR B1 or hire in English)
