About the role

Do you want to apply your B2B sales expertise to the dynamic and rapidly evolving world of e-commerce and logistics In this pivotal role youll leverage your proven experience in B2B sales to collaborate with both major Finnish and global eCommerce retailers!

Were looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Lead to spearhead Budbee growth in Finland! In this pivotal role youll be at the forefront of our expansion by actively identifying approaching and signing new e-commerce merchants into our delivery ecosystem. This is a true hunter position where your strong background in B2B sales will be crucial as you take full ownership of the entire acquisition cycle from prospecting to closing and act as a commercial ambassador for Budbee in the Finnish market.


Some of the things youll do

  • Drive new eCommerce merchant acquisition through prospecting outreach and closing deals

  • Take full ownership of the sales process from start to finish

  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting

  • Build strong business cases and negotiate commercial terms

  • Represent Instabee at industry events expos and networking opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with product tech and ops to solve real merchant challenges

  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities


Your future team

Youll be part of Budbee Finlands Commercial organization reporting directly to the Head of Commercial. Youll work closely with a dynamic Account Management team dedicated to helping merchants thrive on our platform. This includes tight collaboration with your vertical colleagues we share insights solve challenges and celebrate wins all driven by a shared passion for delivering outstanding service. The teams vibe is collaborative and high-energy focusing on continuous growth and success.


What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management preferably in SaaS payments e-commerce logistics or retail

  • A commercial mindset with a hunter attitudeyou love closing deals

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience navigating longer and more complex sales cycles

  • Fluent in Finnish and English

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools

  • Experience scaling a B2B network

  • A strong local network in Finlands retail Payments eCommerce real estate or logistics sectors

  • Passion for using data and customer insights to drive real-world impact
