Location: Hybrid / Melbourne
Type: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

What Youll Be Doing
Lead Training & Support: Deliver impactful customised training for accounts teams lawyers and support staff
Client Discovery & Consulting: Engage with clients to understand accounting workflows trust management and compliance needs
Implementation Oversight: Configure legal accounting systems manage data migrations and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate on Innovation: Translate client requirements into bespoke tech solutions in partnership with our development team
Documentation & Delivery: Create clear engaging training materials and post-implementation resources
What Youll Bring
- Solid background in legal accounting either from a law firm or legal tech provider
- Understanding of trust accounting billing practices and compliance standards
- Experience with legal accounting platforms or financial systems
